After completing some brief paperwork, our first session will be focused on getting to know you, your concerns, your goals, and your unique perspectives. This will be our initial step toward building a meaningful connection and synchronicity to lead to successful therapy. By the third session, meeting should feel like a comforting relief—like coming home after a long day.
